解决方法

mysql> stop slave;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.01 sec)

mysql> reset slave;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

mysql> start slave;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.01 sec)

如果还是不可以，解决方案如下：
1 进入到master数据库执行如下命令：

mysql> reset master;

mysql> show master status;

2 进入到slave数据库，执行如下命令：

mysql> change master to master_host='192.168.1.11',master_user='root',master_password='123456',master_port=3306,master_log_file='mysql-bin.000001', master_log_pos=154;

mysql> stop slave;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.01 sec)

mysql> reset slave;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

mysql> start slave;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.01 sec)

还不行就把主的完全复制还原到从重建从
