A: I ordered a new washing mashine on your website.

B: I don't have a social security No.. I'm an  illegal allien.

A: Very funny, sir. Ok then.  what is your first pet's name?

B: Mr ketty.

A: Ok, I see your orign info. Now what's the problem?

B: I ordered the washing machines and paid for it. Then I chose the delivery date from a set of choices. It was supposed to be delivered today, But it's still not here.

A:Did anyone contact u?

B: No.I haven't received any messages.

A: I', sorry to hear that, sir.


A: I see here that the washing machine your ordered hasn't to arriive in the warehouse yet.

It cannot be delivered until necxt week.

B: you don't even have it jet? Why haven't  I been nofify?

A: U should be notify by phone or email

B: I wasn't. I haven't receive any notification. this is very upseting. 

A: I understand, sir.  I'm really sorry for this.

B: Being sorry isn't enough. I'm really upset. This is no way to do business.

A: Yes, sir. I understand.
