Some Understandings of Scrum

After I read the passage and queried some information on the Internet,I knew Scrum is a process skeleton that includes a range of practices and predefined roles.
At the beginning,Scrum is developed for managing software development projects,but now it can also be used to run software maintenance teams, or as plan management methods.It can make a plan for the next 24 hours by inspecting the work which was done from from last Dairy Scrum.
During each sprint (a period of 15 to 30 days, the length is determined by the development team), the development team creates an incremental software that is available.During sprint, the event status meetings are held every day, which are called "scrum" or "daily standing meetings".At the meeting, each team member needs to answer three questions:
What kind of work have you completed today? What do you plan to do tomorrow? Are there any obstacles to achieving your goal?
Scrum encourages all team members to sit together, communicate verbally, and emphasize project related norms , which help create self organizing teams.
Above is what I have known so far ,maybe not complete ,but I will keep trying.
