I took on a project developing a kids' trampoline. The toughest part? Nailing down suppliers and getting them on board. Since it was a new product, we had to be cautious with our initial orders to avoid overstock. But the factories wanted minimum quantities. Solution? We committed to quarterly orders, learning some serious communication skills along the way.
