董橋在寫，他心目當中的女神。
這次咱們先出
我翻得英文，
然後再看中文，哈。
Her eyes were represented,
in my writing about her,
which I conducted years ago,
我在幾年前，寫過關於她的文字，
裡面寫過關於她的目光，
她的目光，
我是這樣描寫得，
as the solitary stars
over the night sky,
她的目光呢，
我就把她描繪成，
好像暗夜中的孤星，
with a plenitude of untold legends,
這個目光中，
有太多語言無法表述的故事，
( 很多人的眼光中，是能讀出故事的，哈。)
where infatuation loomed,
目光中，能看到這樣一種，痴迷痴戀，
loom，時隱時現。
truculence lurked,
還能感覺出一些叛逆的味道，
truculence，叛逆。
and a long departure was doomed.
而且好像又有一些，
和所愛的人分開好遠好遠
天涯海角的幽怨在裡面。

多年前還寫過她，
寫她的眼神像夜空中的孤星盡是無字的故事，
