During these four days, in the morning class 8:20Am I observed different coaches training, different drills and the game.
1. On Friday I had chance to watch a match of young girls playing against young boys, I was officiating that game. Despite that girls lost the game,
they played very well; skills, pitch occupation and moves, the ball possession was high, I thought they were tired. From that I learnt that Quality and results must always go together unless the game would be boring or
meaningless
2. About observation and discussion done in the group; the coach has to set the pitch based on the number of players, 1vs1 size is different from 3vs3, on shooting exercises the distance between the GK and the shooter must be set according the level of players, the way the ball will be shot, to avoid dangerous shoots; the game is the prosperous time to evaluate the drills trained, the coach has to give game instructions that will help him to evaluate his players about the objective of his class.
3. In the second class, we have beginners and the drill off two days focused on ball conducting, (带球 – 一部一带， 用脚外， 脚内) and pass （传球）
The number was not big compared to previous weekend. During the game, the pitch was set with two small goals on one side and no goal on the other side. They played 4vs4, and werechanging the side after 6minutes
To score was to enter the ball in one of two small goals one side and to control and stop the ballon the white line on the other side,which was not easy for both teams.
