- Product Owner
The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Development Team. The PO is the sole person responsible for managing the Product Backlog. The Product Owner is one person, not a committee.The Product Owner may represent the desires of a committee in the Product Backlog, but those wanting to change a Product Backlog
item’s priority must address the Product Owner. For the Product Owner to succeed, the entire organization must respect his or her decisions.- Define and prioritize the features of the Product Backlog
- Decide on release date and content
- Responsible for ROI(return on investment) of the product
- Scrum Master
- Facilitates the Scrum process and Team self-organization
- Removes obstacles and shields the team from interference
- Responsible for improving performance of the team
- Development Team
- Cross-functional(incl. testing)
- Self-organizing/-managing group of individuals, has autonomy regarding how to achieve its commitments
- Typically 3-9 people
