I believe CSR, corporate social responsibility. Companies should conforn to social expectations. For example, they should ensure employees working in hazzard free environment, they should ensure fair payments to workers, they should help the community around a better place etc. Some critics may say that CSR is just a publicity stunt, it's just an attempt to manipulate public's perceptions. However, we should take into consideration its benefits in less turnover and higher productivity. Companies with good operations may be rewarded with customer loyalty. What's more, companies want to maintain positive public image, and CSR could help on this. In a word, I believe CSR do help.
