Purpose of Leadership: The ultimate goal of biblical leadership is that God is glorified on earth, through the lives of his redeemed. The growth and development of his people is the key to bringing glory to him, as we grow into the purpose he has for us. The tasks and ministry goals we are called to could be just one of the means by which we develop and grow into what God has designed us to be. Rather than mere productivity and performance, God is interested in our spiritual growth and our true purpose, which ultimately is to glorify him.
