Many many things attracted our's attentions. Such as troubled things, EVIL,and other bad guys. we should take our eyes off the things which made us uncomfortable .
Hear some songs, watch films , and read books or write something . Do anything you want to do when you feel unhappy. Adjust the bad mood by the metheds. l used to write the bad things down and relesed my stress. and l feel better than before.
Eveybody should find the correct way of drawing away the attention which made me comfortable.
