Android Studio 3.0.1
配置OpenCV 3.3.0 JNI lib到项目里面。在家里的电脑上运行正常，拷贝项目到公司电脑上就到处报错。
配置好后，还是报错：

百度谷歌都查了，没有一个有用的，最后我抱着试一试的态度，从网上重新下载了单独的NDK包，
android-ndk-r15c-windows-x86_64
修改local.properties里面的NDK路径，奇迹般的解决了，呵呵哒。
原来是NDK内容太旧了。因为电脑新配置的环境，新下的SDK等。
