基于odpscmd工具中的tunnel命令进行下载

1. 下载odpscmd， 解压
下载地址: https://odps-repo.oss-cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com/odpscmd/latest/odpscmd_public.zip?spm=a2c4g.11186623.2.16.743334620rvOUo&file=odpscmd_public.zip
2. conf/odps_config.ini 配置endpoint, project_name, access_id, access_key. endpoint使用"外网Endpoint"，不要使用"外网Tunnel Endpoint"
3. 启运 bin/odpscmd
4. 下载数据 tunnel download {projectname}.{table} save.txt
