There are three things to be under your consideration: possibility, necessity, and plan. Whenever we are going to make an action or decision, ask this question to yourself: Is this possible to be done?

And the answer will be "yes". It is quite easy to get up from your sack in the morning when you spring yourself to sit on the bed from lying, and then cast your cover aside and put your shoes on. All easy things. None of them should be a burden for you to take.

Then comes the second question. Is it necessary? No doubt. What a wast will it be if we come to sleep again. And the schedule we set in advance to work on this morning will have to be put off and take up the time that was scheduled for other items. In consequence, you will, in the end, see how your day has been destroyed by your huanluan plan and regret for it one more time.

After these two questions I believe you've obtained enough qingxing to support your reasonable decision and sufficient energy to do this little thing.
