Joe Biden, used to be a firm supporter of prosecutors who stand on the side of government, launched a criminal justice reform which brought a glimmer of hope to the courtroom front and many judicial candidates who challenge the government were identified due to their underrepresented historical experience on federal bench. As there is wild imbalance between judges who represent the government in court and the judges who challenge the government in court ,libertarian and progressive legal activists all agree that the federal courts have largely peopled with lawyers who are formal prosecutors, which still make it unfair for individual litigants and make the whole justice system look bad as a whole. As a result, Biden Administration should pay attention to the substantive diversity rather than the cosmetic diversity and make a balance between the two sides.
