Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to healthy diet, So the obesity rate in the developing world is a cause for concern. What can we do to improve people's eating health level and change the phenomenon of people eating junk snacks? Let’s see what suggested method that the the social public give our goverments and food companies .

In fact, The governmentcan use market regulation functions, strictly monitor the price level of healthy food, firmly resist the emergence of premium phenomenon, healthy food cannot be high consumption. Additionally, The goverment not only make strength to encourage healthy eating ,but also need to attach importance to intensified the reform of agricultural industry technology.

On the other side, food companies need to work harder to make healthy food that is better quality and cheaper. Besudes, Nowdays health diet become more and more popular , like light food, dried vegetable snack and Ketogenic diet food. why not the food companies change the marketing strategy in line with the current food mainstream.
