first: install Xcode command tool
xcode-select --insatall
second: install fastlane
sudo gem install fastlane -NV or brew cask install fastlane
check if success use fastlane --version
three:init
cd the direction to you project then
fastlane init
other user with pgyer
open you terminal then input
fastlane add_plugin pgyer
package ipa....
fastlane "lane" //you config lane in Fastfile file
