记得看过一个小故事，凭自己记忆改写成了英文。

Johnny and Harry were roommates.They hadn't seen each other for many years since they had graduated. Because Johnny's  family emigrated to Australia. Today,he came back and wandering on the street. All of a sudden,he saw Harry and her girlfriend Candy walking hands in hands.

He walked towards Harry and said:" Hey, guys. Long time no see. What about a cup of coffee here. "

Harry was shocked when saw him. But he tried to calm down and said with a great of happiness:"That's ok."Candy was a little angry,but she pretended to be glad and murmured:"Ok."

They entered the cafe and order some cakes and coffee. Johnny saw the cake and lost in thought.After a while,he froced a smile , faced to Harry and said:"  Do you remember the day when we are students. Oh,that is my happiest time during my life. "

It seemed that Harry was very excited to see Johnny again. But ,sliently,he covered his feelings and talked to him:"Yeah.Many girls give  you a lot of chocolates and cakes trying to persue you. They don't know,however,you hate the sweet and give all of them to me. "

Candy didn't know what had happened during their student's life. Also,she  sense the embarrassment. So she relax the strange atmosphere  :"Hahahaha,that's why you are so fat now?"Harry was a little annoyed because he didn't like people talk about his size."Hey,look at you. You're not slender，are you? "

Seeing this situation,Johnny raised a  faint smile and talked to the two people :"Please don't quarrel anymore."

When they were cool down,he said again :"Harry, do you know why I give those sweet food to you."

Harry stared at the window and answered:" You said  these sugary smells are disgusting. "

Johnny was a little disappointed and then it seemed that he was quite determined ."That's what I told you. Actually,I love sweet snacks. I love chocolates all the time. In fact,I am seriously fond of you as I first saw you. "

At this moment,Candy could not stand any more.She was just like the monkey that anyone could make fun of. She cried:"Are you kidding me? "

Instead of surprised ,Harry was interested in what he said. He stopped the crying of  Candy:" Let him tell all the truth,ok? "

Her heart was broken and escaped this palce :" Ok ,Harry.This is the end. "

She snapped the doordoor and went out.

Harry had no choice but to say:" Emm,go on. But do you remember how l know you don't like chocolates. "

Johnny stared at his eyes and answered:"You give a bar of chocolate at the first day of school. I grudge eating the chocolates you gave me."

Harry griped his hands and gave Johnny a sweet smile. "Then,why do I only give the chocolate to you?"
