[!] Invalid `Podfile` file: undefined local variable or method `use_frameworks'

CocoaPods执行pod install或者pod update提示：

[!] Invalid `Podfile` file: undefined local variable or method `use_frameworks' for #. Updating CocoaPods might fix the issue.

解决办法：

1. $open Podfile （打开Podfile文件）

2. 添加"use_frameworks!"  记住一定要有感叹号
