Gratitude Journal, Day 1

1,Deblocking. So excited to breathe the fresh air with unlimited freedom and have lunch beside the river on the grass after having been blocked down for 8 days! I miss the nature the most despite all the material things has been more than enough. Grateful for both deblocking and all the lavish supplies from God.

2,Company. Nothing is more precious than loyal friends. The more time we spend together, the more bonding  I feel. A bond is made by sustaining and lasting sacrifices. I knew it. And I exceedingly extremely grateful for that. It’s not because I am good, I am, but it’s more because that my friends are good.

3,Health. I am thankful for my health. I have been working out for 30-60 minutes per day since October 1. Feel good. My weight is still the same even heavier, but my energy is growing. I am more energetic and refreshing ever since. I eat more and sleep better. Life is beautiful!
