sublime color scheme loading error

fail to open filezilla file. Solutions to resolve the issues:

1.download a new version of sublime, NOT THE PORTABLE one.

2.download a newer version by two times installing the associated patch, package...

3.re-open a local .py file and then attempt to discard the previously opened file in Filezilla--> re-open. should work.
