之前写的一篇再拿来分享,这篇比之前的要详细一些,不仅仅给出了书单,具体有方法,教你一步一步读原著!

我用了这个方法,三个月,读完了权利的游戏前四部,累计下来,读过的原著不下百本。
透析法的核心就是读懂英文原著。
那么,问题来了,原著在哪可以获取呢?,但是我这边只推荐一个,www.gutenberg.org,记住小而精,选择太多反而限制了行动。读原著的好处人尽皆知,但是,为什么就那么难呢?强迫症心理在作祟,你在读的过程中,对这样一个过程应该不陌生:
1.兴致勃勃--我要借助读原著来记忆单词,决不让任何一个生字溜走。这里作者解释的好:中国师生都很难跳出“精读”的怪圈,对于他们来说,不把所有的生词、知识点弄清楚就是懒惰,对知识不负责任,带有负罪感。所以,要想通过看原著来提高英语,这种思维是需要抛弃的。
2.书里生词好多,我是边看边查生字还是先看完,再来一次消灭呢?边看边查的人容易中途放弃,对于一本原著而言,读下去比任何事都重要,如果你遇到一个生词就去查,乐趣何在?本来已经开始领会原著的语言连贯性的美,结果被查生词这个无趣的操作给浇熄了兴趣的火焰,得不偿失。打算看完再查的人,往往会不再拾起书本,人都是有惰性的,第一遍读的时候,就算单词不熟悉,但是,好歹是有对书籍的好奇心在引领召唤,也能读下去,可是,到第二遍,你打算来查生字了,这时候,好奇心已经用完了,没有什么能支撑你继续查生字了,往往读完就扔一边了,透析法也无用武之地。你认为是几个生词重要,还是几百本原著重要?
透析法读原著的正确打开方式应该是:
1. 每2页查1个生词。这里指的是页码页。2页刚好是纸质书本摊开的两面,所以两面查一个单词,而电子书每一屏查一个生字。透析时,遇到生词认为需要查词典就可以使用查词机会,查到之后,看懂意思,就可以返还原著阅读,不要停下来试图记忆单词。那么,应该选哪个词来查呢?找那些关键词以及重复率高的词,查到了,都是你挣到的。在生词中抓住原著的大意就OK。
2.每日复习原著生词不超过5分钟。在原著的查词过程中,没查的词是“透过”,查的词是“析出”,合称“透析”。比如说你今天读了20页,你就在词典上查了10个生词,那么,你第二天在读书之前,要复习一下昨天查过的词,如果是kindle,有历史记录的,如果是纸质,可以拿小卡片写在一起,或者写在书里,花5分钟扫一眼就可以,能想起中文意思就过关。
3.做到翻页之前不做任何其他事情,远离各类电子产品。专注力在这个时代很重要,所以,要想用透析法读好英文原著,首先,定一个固定的时间点,在那期间,坚决不玩手机,只专注于书,时间跨度可以在20-40分钟左右,因人而定。读完之后,整个人都会神清气爽,满满的充实感,再记录一下自己的阅读进度,给自己一句鼓气的话,也没那么难,不是吗?
4.承诺一年读X本原著。那么,对谁承诺呢?现在常见的自我激励方式是通过朋友圈高调宣誓,这种方法有利有弊,酌情选择。不知道大家注意到没有,一个人如果有一段很牛逼的学习经历,并把它浓缩成一个个小小的标签,就更容易得到别人的认可呢?我比较喜欢的一个简书签约作者,彪悍一只猫,他给2016年的自己定的标签就是:跟100个牛人聊聊天,读100本实用好书。看起来既具体又有挑战性,满满的正能量呢。如果你能做到一年读X本原著,以后出去介绍自己,是不是又多出一种有趣又牛逼的选择呢?
5.每读完一本就写透析实录。记录的是一本原著有多少词汇,查了什么生字,摘录写的好的句子,再添加点读后感。读别人的文字,说到底还是被动吸收,只有自己再加以输出,才能真正掌握。
万事总是开头难,要勇敢踏出这一步!
