pyscenic报错

最后一步的跑pyscenic aucell的时候，log文件一直显示

slurm脚本一直在运行，但是节点里面仿佛没有动弹
所以后面去检索了一下
应该就是个报错了
然后推荐的方法是不使用多节点跑
然后第一次我就没加--num_workers 这个参数
后面发现这个参数默认值就是48

后续就是把这个值改到1
