What is the purpose of Literature Review?
- Improve your own understanding
- Demonstrate the knowledge
- Bring them up-to-date to your reader and start at the present
- Then dividing the line between the literature review and the rest of your ideas
Techniques for organizing
- Chronological 按时间顺序

- Geographical
- Questions
Example:
- Start with a statement with four questions
- Put in order the summarize of the sources that addressed in each question
Writing process
- Collect the resources (if your requirement is to collect 20 sources, you are gone to collect 30-40 sources, then narrowing them out)
- Analyze (Skimming and Scanning reading to find the fit resources, then extend reading to word-to-word analytical reading, taking notes, write citations when you really find stuff truly relevant)
- Arrange(See the pattern whatever it is in time, question, or geography, make an outline, list the sources that go in each point)
- Summarize (Summarize and providing transactional connections)
Final Suggestion
- Commenting(whether it is good or bad research, evaluation)
- Highlight the past research compliment
- Group articles on the basis, approach, or conclusion.
