bumper是保险杠,路上交通繁忙时,车辆的行驶会非常缓慢,或是完全不动,前面那辆车几乎要碰到后面的车了,所以说是前后保险杠几乎要碰上了。
10. fender bender 轻微车祸 fender是挡泥板(※之前学的 pile-up 连环车祸)
11. rubber necking 减慢车速伸着脖子看事故看热闹 (真有意思,这也专门有这个词,想起了backseat driver)
