This chapter illustrated Su Tongpo’s childhood and youth. Firstly we know that his mother is one of thekey roles for his excellent education. She taught him to learn from the goodexample and she is. And certainly he is a very talent kid who also have workedhard. At the same time, he interested in different things, observing the lifeand loving the life. For the rest of this chapter, just about some stories ofhis family including his father, brother, sister or lover.
His mother had strictly forbidden the boy sand maidservants to catch birds, as a result of which, in a few years’ time,the birds knew that they would not be molested in this garden and some came tobuild their nests on a branch low enough for the child to see.
Like the above sentence, it pictured thatthere are some birds lived in their yard and played with them which just owe tohis mother’s kind-hearted.
