题目：Some people believe that there are many dangers associated with teenage use of cell phones because of the potential for bullying or abuse. Others say that cell phones have greatly improved teenagers’ lives. Evaluate these two viewpoints and give your opinion.

With the development of times，cell phones are becoming more and more important in our lives .Every aspect of life is inseparable from mobile phones,especially China's mobile payments are particularly developed, we buy things use mobile phone to pay , we  take a taxi to pay by mobile phone.Mobile phones are no longer just tools for communication,but when it comes to the increasing use of mobile phones among teenagers,there are two views emerge,one is  there are many dangers associated with teenage use of cell phones because of the potential for bullying or abuse. Others say that cell phones have greatly improved teenagers’ lives. 

Yes, there are many dangers associated with teenage use of cell phones,because of the popularity of mobile phones means  criminals can access to teenagers easily and  teenagers are entirely unsophisticated,This makes the teenager an easy target for abuse.Secondly,using mobile phones for a long time can do a lot of harm to your eyes,according to the world health organization,Myopia rates are on the rise in all countries, with a high incidence in Asia.By 2050, 50 percent of the population will be short-sighted, with high myopia reaching 9.5 percent, or 900 million people.Inappropriate use of mobile phones does harm to the physical and mental health of teenagers.

However,using mobile phones is not just bad for teenagers,mobile phones can also be good for teenagers.For example,teenagers can use mobile phone to study by themself in internet because the online learning materials are very comprehensive,teenagers can also see the world through their phone because not everyone can afford to travel abroad,cell phone is the most convenient and cost-effective to see the world, to see the scenery of other places.

In my opinion, both of them is right.As long as we pay attention to the problem of teenagers using mobile phones,give them the right guidance and education,let them use their phones properly.Then we can reduce or even eliminate the harm caused by mobile phones,let teenagers receive only the benefits of mobile phones.（329words）
