Appreciate a person, begin with his appearance, respect with his brillance, get along with his character, get on for long with his kindness , end up his morality.This is my favourite.
There is a kind of people who are very sociable .they blatter when they meet others for the first time,and express their own ideas or explain their own experience. Sometimes we can feel they are warmhearted and concerned,but we 'll be fed up them gradually.
There is also a kind of people who are highly demonstrative . They express fluently and have courage,they do dare to push themselves to leaders or others they think worthly. So that they can give them good impression for the first time, verified a new saying "Conceit makes one go forward,whereas makes one lag behind."
The third one is who needs a while, not only can't they bond with others, but they are aloof at first, even they cannot do well in expressing themselve, however, they are warmhearted in their heart and treat friendship truly they see clearly, cannot sell friends down the river. Moreover, they can do better and more carefully by given .
In my opinion, good character and morality are the highest state of life.
