I have a talent to find other people's dream, I am happy to be a coach, and give people help, sometimes I will communicate with other, and encourage people to realize them dreams and goal. If ask myself some questions, what things can make me happiness, I think it develop the internet product and find other people dreams.

        More times, I ask some one what your dreams, but them feeling shame to explain what dreams they have.

        I think when you interest other people, the people will tell you that, I did like to listening, and really to know why a lot of dreams cannot fulfilling. it's puzzled me a long times, why the people had give up them dreams, and accept to be common, and then die, I don't know that why.

        In my life, I have some dreams, and haven't realize it, but I never give up that dream in my heart, maybe you really love some one, but that just you sense, not other's, first you must make you be attractive, and excellence. One day, if you find you can't realize your dream, whether you feel sad, disappointment and so on.

        When you found other's dreams, you should motivate them and help them to do, sometimes, maybe you will ask me some questions, why I will help them, I can give you a answer, because you are a leader, you dreams are be leader, and have leadership, a true leader must study how to help your team member be successful.

        In the last days, I had write some articles about how to be became a true leader, I through learning and reading find how to be a leader, and write thought I had get from the book or podcast. It's not only getting knowledge, and  can improve your memory, writing skill, No matter any skills, you should practice again and again.
