单细胞RNAseq -- 文献 celltype gene marker 整理

partition the cells into 14 clusters. These clusters could be assigned to nine known cell lineages through marker genes.

胃癌及其癌旁组织样本的单细胞类群鉴定：

  • epithelium
    (marked with EPCAM, KRT18 and KRT8),
  • parietal cell (marked with ATP4A),
  • endocrine cell (marked with CHGA);
  • B cells (marked with MS4A1 and CD79A);
  • T cells (marked with CD2, CD3D and CD3E);
  • macrophages
    (marked with CD14);
  • mast cells (marked with CPA3);
  • fibroblasts (marked with ACTA2 and COL1A2);
  • endotheliocyte (marked with ENG and VWF).

非恶性上皮细胞亚群marker

  • Surface cells (TFF2, GKN1 and MUC5AC)
  • Chief cells ( PGA3, PGA4 and LIPF)
  • SPEM : hyper- plastic/hypertrophic mucous neck cells (PGA3 and MUC6)
  • Neck cell (MUC6, TFF2, CD44 and SOX9 and major histocompatibility complex class II (MHC-II) genes (eg, HLA-DPA1 and HLA-DRA))

基于细胞分化相关的marker,

  • KRT20 and its positive-correlated genes (ie, PHGR1,MDK,CHDR2, RARRES3,GPA33,SLC5A134 and MUC13)
