2.安装lrzsz ,在你的服务器上
我使用yum 安装 ; sudo yum install lrzsz -y

4.在当前页添加权限
chmod 777 iterm2-*

5.配置iterm2

打开iterm2
Profiles -> Open Profiles -> Edit Profiles
选择Advanced ->edit
输入

**B0100 /usr/local/bin/iterm2-send-zmodem.sh
**B00000000000000 /usr/local/bin/iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh

6.自行配置自己的服务器

7.登录服务器
输入rz 即可上传
