针对文章提出来的三点,我仔细思考了一下,并列出如下:

"I will" power challenge: What is something that you would like to do more of, or stop putting off, because you know that doing it will improve the quality of your life?

最为欣赏的不过是:腹有诗书气自华。我想做的并且愿意为之坚持的不过就读书二字而已。可是很多时候都因为这样或者那样的原因断断续续,很多书都只看到一半或者看完并没有仔细思考过,缺少一个凝练的过程。现在似乎找到了method,才开头,真正需要的是做的更多并坚持

最根深蒂固的不好的习惯啊,就是懒(被很多人说过,还被舅舅说以后怎么嫁的出去,未来的婆婆不得嫌弃死你啊,这么懒)。额,也不好多做什么辩解,其实改掉这个毛病还真不容易。因为懒,在电脑前坐了一天不运动,导致现在身体状态不好,眼睛度数升高,肚子上长了肉肉等等苦恼。现在应该就是有意识的,尽量不要拖延做事情,尽量勤快。尽量!


"I want" power challenge: What is the most important long-term goal you’d like to focus your energy on? What immediate "want" is most likely to distract you or tempt you away from this goal?

最长期的目标:肯定是赚大钱,然后潇洒的去世界各地行走!可能最纠结的就是读不读博这件事情,读博意味着还要再苦三年,还意味着以后可能就从此走上了搞科研的路。搞科研是一条充满艰辛孤独寂寞的路。是一条完全不同的路。


既然是三选一,针对目前的情况,我还是选择第一点来做读这本书的试验。祝我好运!
