My snowfriend

Suppose you and I could make a very best friend. We might make this friend from boards or bricks or gadgets or widgets. Or we might even make this friend from snow. That's it! We'll make a snowfriend.
What kind of friend should we make? What kind of friend would be just right for us? Have you ever thought about this?
I want a friend who is bigger and meaner than any other kid on the block. No one will bully this new friend. If I need someone to chase away kids that pick on me, I will tell my bigger and meaner friend. He will certainly not let those kids pick on me. He will teach them a lesson they will not forget.
What did you say? This is not such a good idea? What if my bigger and meaner friend IS not always friendly with me? What if he helps the other big kids pick on me?
Suppose you're right. No, we must not make a bigger and meaner friend. He may not be a good friend at all.
Let's think about this a little more. If we could make our own friend, what kind of friend would really be best? What did you say? I think you're right！
Let's make a friend just like us. Don't you think we will have lots and lots of fun together with this special new snow friend？
