><br /></p><p >最近房价涨势汹汹，国家调控连连，那土地是稀缺的吗？只要你坐飞机在祖国的上空飞过，就知道土地并不稀缺，祖国大陆很多土地广袤无际却荒无人烟。那稀缺的是什么呢？是位置。</p><p ><br /></p><p >你如果在北京，那么将享受到首都的医疗保险，享受到不一样的政策环境、孩子上学享受到高等教育，这也说明了为什么北京房价连连上涨。</p><p ><br /></p><p >人与人之间的信任是稀缺的，必须经过足够的考验和磨合，才可能逐步建立起来。</p><p ><span ><br /></span></p><p >越是稀缺的东西，越难创造和获得，而这恰好也是生命的意义所在。我们不断在创造和追求稀缺的东西，用来证明自己，成为那稀缺的金字塔顶端的人。</p><p ><br /></p><p
