I had a very good night of sleep. Your body is just a cheap bastard. You can't have it an easy way. Then you would suffer "insomnia". Yesterday we went through so much, and the night before we didn't sleep enough because of our party. My "Pillow" App on my watch showed 84% of sleep quality, and registered 7:49 hours of sleep. That was great! I love this app. I have been using it for two years and it keeps me behaved.

I always believed your brain can also be trained to improve or at least maintain its abilities. On the trip to the city and back from our last trip, there were many tunnels and bridges along the magnificent highway. It would have been boring if I just slept through the whole trip. So I tried to recall all the names of tunnels. There were 11 of them in all. They were:

吴家岭
金坑
南天门
古松岭
张家
唐岭
福岭
黄岭
北崴子
陡岭

There were also many long bridges. But I didn't dare to count all of them. I was afraid that I would also mess up my perfect recall of the names of the tunnels. I recalled these names several times. I even tried to make a short story with them. Anyway, that was fun. Do you see my memory improvement?
