Again, woke up at 6:30am. Sad face.
After 4 days of taking this challenge, here are some findings:
1. It’s a bit hard for me to adjust my schedule, especially my bed time.
2. My energy level become more consistent through out the day, no more feeling sleepy in the afternoon.
For this up coming weekend, I’ll still try to wake up at 6am. And I already planned my tasks that I want to focus on and need to get those done.
