My brain was just clearly not functioning when I first wake up in the morning. The average time that  I wake up is around 7am. I tried myself to convince myself that it’s not such a bad idea to wake up and get started with my day because once I am out of bed I am totally fine. I will start brushing my teeth with them in because i am just not fully awake yet but when I brush my teeth 🦷 I use my sonic toothbrush and even though it looks like I am really deep in thought  i literally don’t know what is going through my head at this time because I am still surfacing.i am still waking up. I’ll make my bed .  The sun has risen and I would go on my phone which I try not to do before this time so I would just reply to any messages that I have and sometimes just look on social media like instagram and YouTube. And then I will start getting myself ready to go on my morning run ♀️.  So I will start by taking my hair out of my scrunchie and then I’ll do it up in a bun that is a bit tighter and a bit neater and sometimes I will grip back my fizz as well I will then sometimes not every day epilate my armpits so I don’t shave but I will use my epilator instead.
