1 npm install -g cnpm --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org (optional)
2 sudo cnpm i -g @vue/cli (check with vue -V)
3 sudo cnpm i -g @vue/cli-init
4 vue init webpack app
5 cd app;npm run start for development
6 npm run build for production ,then copy dist directory to target and rename it to public
7 cd target and create app.js
8 node app.js
