Yesterday I took a few pics of sunset. It’s beautiful, right? I like these pictures.
Yesterday we only had 2 meals: the first at 9:00 a.m. and the second at 3:00 p.m. Because during the Spring Festival, we had meet many relatives and friends, we had had and will have lots meats. Always we are full during the Chinese New Year.
After the Chinese New Year, most people will get fat.
Doing work out is the best way to keep us fit. Yesterday I had a 6.66 miles run alone in the morning.
And yesterday I dated a runner friend to run together in today morning. One hour later, we will meet and run for about 1 hour.
