6am challenge - day 2

Day 2 was not a success, nor a total failure. The difficulty in shift your day is a bit more than I expected.

I still couldn't fall asleep by 10pm, mainly because I was used to stay up late. As a consequence of this, I was unable to get up at 6am, instead I got around 6:30am.

Cell phone is a good tool, but it can also be a major distraction to a productive day. I will try to focus on reduce the usage of my phone in the next couple of days.

My energy level through out the day was like a v-shape, hit my bottom at around 2pm - 2:30pm, then a short walk saves the day.

One more thing, got my replacement v-moda delivered today. smile-face.jpg
