UITextField键盘不遮挡输入框

思路

通过通知获取键盘出现和消失，通过宏定义好键盘高度。在键盘出现时整个页面位置向上移动键盘高度，高度增加一个键盘高度。键盘消失时页面位置移回，高度变回。
