Although Biden now is American President，the spotlight on his successor is far from Trump，the predecessor of Biden. Hence things have gone differently for him. With Trump’s impeachment acquitted and his postelection behavior，Tump has been thrusted into the spotlight again and again.However，it is not necessarily bad for Biden because he can move on his agenda with the GOP divided and distracted such as revising 19 Trump-era executive actions，issuing 32 others ，boosting Obamacare and so on. Trump's lasting influence also has glaring shortcomings for Biden.For one thing，he has a finite amount of time to make good on campaign promises like fighting climate change，increasing radical equity and expanding health care.For another，he will lack enough buy-in of his people to deliver the promises. So he is already trying to make back the spotlight as soon as possible.
