有的同学在启动jupyter notebook或者jupyter lab的时候会出现下列错误：
Bad file descriptor (C: \ci\zeromq_1602704446950\work\src\epoll.cpp:100)

经过网络搜索发现，这是一个常见的错误，在stackoverflow 上面也有stackoverflow.com
解决方案就是卸载重新安装pyzmq 具体如下：
1. 打开`anaconda Powershell prompt:

2. 输入 pip uninstall pyzmq 以卸载pyzmq

系统会问你(y/n) yes or no， 输入
y.

3.\输入 pip install pyzmq==19.0.2 重新安装 pyzmq

Done!
接下来就可以正常使用jupyter notebook 和 jupyter lab了。
