题目：Some people believe that there are many dangers associated with teenage use of cell phones because of the potential for bullying or abuse. Others say that cell phones have greatly improved teenagers' lives. Evaluate these two viewpoints and give your opinion.

In the present age, teenagers frequently use mobile phones are playing increasingly important roles in our lives. But in the meantime, whether teenagers use the sell phone too much has sparked much debate. Some people assert that teenagers are at risk of being bullied when using mobile phones. While many others argue that cell phones are of great to them in many ways.

Convincing arguments can be made that the appearance of smart phones has greatly improved people's quality of life. To start with, for teenagers, mobile phones make life convenient and they can contact each other anytime and anywhere. Therefore, parents can find them by mobile phone when they are out. Moreover, mobile phones can surf the Internet at any time to get the latest news and information. Specifically, teenagers encounter do not understand the problem can be timely online inquiries, immediately know the answer. Lastly, there are many learning software available for students to study on their mobile phones. In other words, teenagers can study in their spare time.

Admittedly, not all teenagers are bullied when they use  a mobile phone. The reason for this is that teenagers use mobile phones in the correct way, do not act unethically on the internet. Obviously, teenagers use smartphones is not a bad thing.

In summary, I would concede that teenagers use cell phones is a real potential for harm, despite that cellphone make people’s life more and more convenient. Overall, I am convinced teenagers should use mobile phones correctly and use them in useful ways.
