【GO语言】快速获取自己出口公网IP的地址

可以使用iplocation的免费公开接口，这里有一个封装库可以快速拿到结果

注意事项

• 你应该使用go mod
• go version >=1.18
• 你不应该频繁地调用免费接口，你可以使用缓存把结果缓存一段时间
