Today I was invited to be the cheerleader for a group of friends while they participated in the challenge racing round Taihu. 

Honestly, it's not a perfect day for the event because we we were on the way to the race site it began to rain heavily. I thought the race would be cancelled, but when we got there the racers were all ready to run in such a heavy rain. 

About 40 minutes later when the racing was over, we have a lunch at a rural restaurant beside the Taihu to celebrate all the members finishing the racing. 

After lunch my friends went home. As it was the first time I came to Taihu, Seb decided take me have a tour around the lake. The islands, the mountains, and boats on the lake, and the surface of the lake , all these combined in the rain made up a ink and wash painting. What a marvelous view !
