Dear fellow members and guests,

I'm not good at time management, and it is quite regular that the real time cost is two times of the expectation. So I really admire those guys who could manage their time well not only at work but also in daily life.

And I found two points that help us make a better use of time.

The first one is DDL. We tend to be more manageable at work, since we have to make plans for monthly, weekly, daily works under the push of DDLs.

The second one is self-dicipline. You have a long term or short term personal goal and it's strong enough to be as your pusher.

Today, I am your DDL pusher. You can see the time limitation on the agenda, and I'll use three cards to remind you the time.

For 2~3 minutes' speech, like TT session, evaluation session. The green card means that there is one minute left, you could keep going; the yellow card means 30 seconds left, please transit to the message part; the red card means time is up, please end your speech within 30 seconds or I'll bell the ring that mean you are disqualified to be the best speeker.

For 3~10 minutes' speech, like in the prepared speech session and some of our evaluators, I' raise the green card when two minutes left, the yellow card when one minutes left and the red card when time is up and please finish within 30 seconds.

Thank you and wish you enjoy today's meeting~

Advice

For the overtime and end too early, there are several tips.

1. Keep the time limit in mind. Grab the chance on the stage and make a goal for the full use of time.

2.manage your structure and calculate your speed, at what time you should go to the story and what time to deliver the message.

3.change your speed for accommodation.
