I would meet you at the passenger exit for your flight, holding a board with our company logo on it  so you can find me easily.

The meeting will be held from 24th April to 27th April 2017 in the same hotel where you'll be staying. On the first day, there will be a short opening ceremony before the meeting formally starts, so please be at the NO.2 Grand Hall on the 39th floor no later than 0900; for the rest 3 days, the meeting starts at 0930 at the same place.
