除此之外还要注意的是不要将自己的注意力放在那些鸡毛蒜皮的小事上，因为关注任何事情都是要消耗我们的精力的。《稀缺》一本书中就说到穷人的注意力都放在了基本的生计上，所以他们更多的是穷在思维上。
