Write your own paragraph about the pie chart below. The chart shows the fruit preferences of primary school children in New Zealand. Follow the two models in this lesson and focus carefully on the grammar point from this unit. Try to include some of the vocabulary words as well.
This pie chart shows the percentage distribution of fruit preference of New Zealand primary school students. In general, students like bananas and strawberries the most, and 61% of people like bananas and strawberries. The number of students who like oranges and apples is very close, 15% and 14% respectively. There are fewer people who like pears, accounting for 7% of the total number. Kiwi is the most unpopular among all fruits, only 3% of people like to eat kiwi.
