要说到杭州知名的小吃店，除了被中外游客所熟知的知味观和楼外楼以外，还有新丰小吃店。对于杭州人来说，这是我们所熟悉的味道。周末的时候我和妈妈准备去看电影，就选择在这家店吃早餐。
When it comes to the noshery that well-known by Chinese and foreign tourists in Hangzhou, besides the famous ones of Zhi Weiguan and Lou Wailou, there's another one you should know named Xinfeng Noshery. To the residents in Hangzhou, it shares a quite familiar taste.
On the weekend, my mother and I chose this noshery to have breakfast, for we plan to watch a movie nearby.
新丰小吃主要售卖的有包子、小笼、馄饨、牛肉粉丝、千张包，还有面食、西点、冷饮等。因为其低廉的价格和美味的食物，每次去都有非常多的顾客。
过去这家店只接受现金支付，近几年支付宝的普及使得顾客在付款的时候更加便捷。
Xinfeng Noshery mainly sells Baozi, Small Steamed Bun, Huntun, Vermicelli with Beef, Qian Zhangbao, etc. Besides, it also sells Noodles, Bread as well as Drinks. Because of its low price and delicious food, there are a lot of customers in this noshery all the time.
In the past, the noshery only accepted cash payments. However, due to the popularity of Alipay in recent years, it is more convenient for us to pay for the orders.
在等位置的期间，我看到了之前不曾注意到的悬挂在墙上的照片。
这家小吃店始建于1958年，1996年正式被命名为新丰小吃。这些照片里面有新丰小吃这几十年来的历史变迁，也有它的几家分店。
While waiting, I saw pictures hanging on the wall that I hadn't noticed before.
Founded in 1958, the noshery was officially named as Xinfeng noshery in 1996. These photos show the history of Xinfeng Noshery over the decades, as well as its several branches.
在写这篇文章的时候，我在硬盘中找到了这张老照片。大概是五年前，在新丰小吃吃东西的话，付款后收银员会根据顾客买的食物给他们不同的小票。不过我这次去的时候，发现已经取消了这一个特色，改成了普通的电脑小票。
上图中的小票上写的是「虾肉小笼包」，一般小票上有时间戳，隔日就过期了。
While writing this article, I found this old photo on my hard drive. About five years ago, the staff would give the customers different receipts according to the food they ordered. However, when I went to the noshery this time, I found that this feature has been canceled and changed to ordinary computer receipts.
The Chinese shown on the photo posted above is "Small Steamed Bun with Shrimp". The receipt usually has a time stamp that expires the next day.
我们走到发货处，这里一般会有放好了虾皮、青葱以及紫菜的大碗，一般这些碗是用了装馄饨的。右手边是小笼包的发放处，左手边则主要是粉丝的发放处。
顾客非常多，难免会出现有插队的现象，所以场面总是有些混乱。
We walked to the delivery area, which normally has large bowls of shrimp skin, shallots and laver that usually filled with Huntun. On our right hand, the staff is distribute the small steamed buns. while the other staff is delivering the vermicelli on the left hand.
There are so many customers that it is hard to avoid the phenomenon of queue jumper. For that, the noshery is stuck into the chaos most of the time.
「小笼包 Small Steamed Bun」
这里的小笼包以面皮薄、肉多、汤汁鲜美而出名，一份售价10元的小笼包里面有8只。如果是女孩子的话，通常一份小笼包再加上一份饮料我觉得就已经有饱腹感。
小笼包分成鲜肉和虾仁两种，个人觉得后者更加美味。
The small steamed pun is famous for its thin dough, juicy meatballs and delicious soup. There're two kinds of small steamed pun. They are small steamed pun with pork and small steamed pun with shrimp, and I prefer the later one.
「馄饨 Huntun」
新丰小吃里面的馄饨分成大馄饨和小馄饨两种，其主要的区别在于面皮和尺寸。
馄饨的种类很多，主要有鲜肉、菜肉、虾仁等，客人可以根据自己的不同喜好选择。我妈妈很喜欢吃大馄饨，于是我们就点了一碗。
The huntun sold in Xinfeng Noshery is divided into Big Huntun and Small Huntun, and the main difference is the thickness of dough and size.
There are various kinds of huntun, the the customers would be able to choose the food according to their interest. My mother is fond of huntun in big size quite a lot, so we ordered a bowl.
「红豆沙 Red Bean Soup」
我们两人都很喜欢甜食，所以还点了一份红豆沙。
新丰小吃里面的红豆沙，是我见过杭城里面最好吃的，比自己家里煮的更好吃。红豆被煮的非常软糯，甜度也刚刚好，并且这一份才3元钱。
Both my mother and I have a fancy for sweet, so we order the red bean soup after we finished the breakfast.
The red bean soup in Xinfeng noshery is the most delicious one I have ever seen in Hangzhou. It is ever better than the one cooked at home. The red beans are cooked very soft and tasted in the right level of sweet. What surprised the customers the most is that it only costs us 3 yuan.
综合点评：作为一家老店，新丰小吃店也有卫生环境较差和员工服务意识不强的问题。但是，它美味的食物、低廉的价格和悠久的历史，让它成为杭州人必定会介绍给来杭州旅行的朋友去尝试的一家店，
如果你来杭州，也一定要去试试看喔:D
Comments: As an old fashioned noshery, Xinfeng Noshery also has poor sanitation environment and weak staff service awareness. However, its delicious food, relatively lower price and long history make it a must-try for travelers in Hangzhou.
